Statement of Faith and Beliefs

Once saved always saved……
While this is a true statement it is currently being propagated in a wrong manner. We will receive Eternal security upon the return of our Lord to this earth. Until then we have a Hope of Salvation. The scriptures teach us that we are saved by Grace through Faith. If we do not continue to believe in Jesus then will we be saved? The answer is no!
2 Pet 2:20 For if after they have escaped the pollutions of the world through the knowledge of the Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ, they are again entangled therein, and overcome, the latter end is worse with them than the beginning.
2 Pet 2:21 For it had been better for them not to have known the way of righteousness, than, after they have known it, to turn from the holy commandment delivered unto them.
Heb 6:4 For it is impossible for those who were once enlightened, and have tasted of the heavenly gift, and were made partakers of the Holy Ghost,
Heb 6:5 And have tasted the good word of God, and the powers of the world to come,
Heb 6:6 If they shall fall away, to renew them again unto repentance; seeing they crucify to themselves the Son of God afresh, and put him to an open shame.
Rev 3:4 Thou hast a few names even in Sardis which have not defiled their garments; and they shall walk with me in white: for they are worthy.
Rev 3:5 He that overcometh, the same shall be clothed in white raiment; and I will not blot out his name out of the book of life, but I will confess his name before my Father, and before his angels.
It is also written that, "He that shall endure until the end, the same shall be saved"
Pretribulation rapture of the saints…
Jesus told us clearly and precisely in Matthew 24:29-31.
Mat 24:29 Immediately after the tribulation of those days shall the sun be darkened, and the moon shall not give her light, and the stars shall fall from heaven, and the powers of the heavens shall be shaken:
Mat 24:30 And then shall appear the sign of the Son of man in heaven: and then shall all the tribes of the earth mourn, and they shall see the Son of man coming in the clouds of heaven with power and great glory.
Mat 24:31 And he shall send his angels with a great sound of a trumpet, and they shall gather together his elect from the four winds, from one end of heaven to the other.
The scriptures that Paul wrote does not differ from what Jesus said but rather reinforces them.
1 Th 4:14 For if we believe that Jesus died and rose again, even so them also which sleep in Jesus will God bring with him.
1 Th 4:15 For this we say unto you by the word of the Lord, that we which are alive and remain unto the coming of the Lord shall not prevent them which are asleep.
1 Th 4:16 For the Lord himself shall descend from heaven with a shout, with the voice of the archangel, and with the trump of God: and the dead in Christ shall rise first:
1 Th 4:17 Then we which are alive and remain shall be caught up together with them in the clouds, to meet the Lord in the air: and so shall we ever be with the Lord.
Did you notice how this scripture is the same as the one in Matthew?
Mat 24:31 And he shall send his angels with a great sound of a trumpet, and they shall gather together his elect from the four winds, from one end of heaven to the other.
Paul isn’t speaking of a different ressurection but rather the same.
2 Th 2:1 Now we beseech you, brethren, by the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ, and by our gathering together unto him,
2 Th 2:2 That ye be not soon shaken in mind, or be troubled, neither by spirit, nor by word, nor by letter as from us, as that the day of Christ is at hand.
2 Th 2:3 Let no man deceive you by any means: for that day shall not come, except there come a falling away first, and that man of sin be revealed, the son of perdition;
This scripture tells us that the AntiChrist must come before the coming of the Lord. It also shows that the time of the Tribulation will not be seven years but rather forthy-two months.
Rev 13:4 And they worshipped the dragon which gave power unto the beast: and they worshipped the beast, saying, Who is like unto the beast? who is able to make war with him?
Rev 13:5 And there was given unto him a mouth speaking great things and blasphemies; and power was given unto him to continue forty and two months.
So you see, Jesus told us when he will return, Immediately after the tribulation.
Christmas, Easter, Sunday Rest….
These are all lies propagated by the Roman Catholic Church. Christmas comes from the ancient worship of the sun God who was said to die and be reborn at the time of the winter solstice. Tradition has it that the Pagens would burn a fire all night long on the shortest day of the year in hopes that the Sun would come back up on the next day. They burnt pine tree’s because it was the only green tree with life still in it at that time of the year. This is where the colors, red and green, of Christmas comes from. When the sun would arise the next morning it was said to be the birthday of the Sun God and the pagens exchanged presents with one another. Does this sound familiar? It should. When the Roman emperor Constantine, began ruling over the Roman people he tried to make peace in his kingdom by combining Christianity and Paganism. Thus the timeframe where the Sun God’s birthday was celebrated was chosen to be a Holy day to Celebrate the birth of Christ.
Easter was born the same way. Easter was a spring Pagen celebration to honor the fertility Goddess Eastre. This celebration was set to be held at the time of the spring Equinox. The early Christians observed passover in rememberance of the death and resurrection of Christ. At the Nicean council of 325 AD It was decided that these two celebrations could be held together and so it was decreed that Easter should be celebrated on the first Sunday after the full moon on or before the vernal equinox.
Sunday rest was not kept by the early church but was instated as a church tradition by the Roman Catholic church. Sunday was the day in which the Sun God was worshipped on. Since more people in the Roman kingdom worshipped the sun god rather then the one true God it was decided that in the best interest of the Roman People they should all worship their God’s on the same day, and Sunday was the chosen day. We read in the book of Jeremiah
Jer 10:2 Thus saith the LORD, Learn not the way of the heathen, and be not dismayed at the signs of heaven; for the heathen are dismayed at them.
Mat 15:3 But he answered and said unto them, Why do ye also transgress the commandment of God by your tradition?
Mat 15:4 For God commanded, saying, Honour thy father and mother: and, He that curseth father or mother, let him die the death.
Mat 15:5 But ye say, Whosoever shall say to his father or his mother, It is a gift, by whatsoever thou mightest be profited by me;
Mat 15:6 And honour not his father or his mother, he shall be free. Thus have ye made the commandment of God of none effect by your tradition.
More will be added in the coming weeks.
Preterism...
All things written in the books of Daniel and Revelations have not taken place yet as they believe. Jesus has not returned and set up his kingdom here on earth as of yet. If we were to believe these things then one must assume that we were born into hell, and that we would have no hope of salvation.
